How Do I Place An Order?
When you click an Order link, you will be taken to our secure server
where you will set up your account. You will answer an online questionnaire
to provide information relevant to your medical condition. Once you
complete the questionnaire, you will see a confirmation page to review
your answers for accuracy. At this point, you will submit your order
for processing.
What Happens Once I Submit
My Order?
A US licensed physician will review the information you have submitted
and either approve or decline your request.
If approved, the physician will write the prescription and send it
to the pharmacy where it will be filled and shipped to you via FedEx
priority overnight. Your prescription will include information explaining
the usage, dose, and precautionary information for your medication.
You will also receive contact information for the pharmacist in case
you have any questions after you receive your medication.
After placing your order you will be able to track it's process in
real-time by logging into the help desk. When your order ships, the
FedEx tracking number will be e-mailed to you so you may track its
progress through the FedEx system.

What Prescription
Medications Do You Dispense?
We only offer medications that can be prescribed from online consultations,
therefore we carry a very limited number of medications. No legitimate
online medical company will ever offer narcotics or addictive medications
via the Internet. The medications offered on our website do not require
a physical examination. A thorough review of your medical history
is sufficient.
What Are Your Shipping
Rates And Policies?
Shipping
Once the pharmacy has received your prescription, it will be filled
and shipped by FedEx based on the shipping preference of your choice.
Our shipping options for the continental USA are as follows: FedEx
overnight at a charge of $15.00 or FedEx 2-Day at $12.00.
Alaska, Hawaii and US territories are shipped at $30.00.
We will notify you if there is a problem with your order and you will
receive a confirmation email when the pharmacy ships your medication.
We are unable to ship orders to P.O. Boxes at this time. We must have
an adult signature at time of delivery.
Cancellation
Policy
You may cancel your order before your order is shipped by calling
US. (number will provide while confirming order)
Do You Ship Orders Everyday?
We do not process prescription orders on the weekend. If you place
an order after 2:00 pm Eastern Standard Time on Friday, the order
will be sent to the pharmacy and shipped on Monday.
Can I Return My Medication For A Refund?
We are unable to accept returned prescription medications due to Federal Law.
